[FEATURE] MacOS support

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently Orbital only seems to properly build on Windows devices, I would like to be usable on MacOS (maybe Linux later?)

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I believe it is to do with the dependencies in the Gradle build, and I just need to find a way to include the correct dependency based on the host system.
