[1.12.2] Conflict with Unstable Tools; crashing when right-clicking a vanishing frame

My game crashed when I right-clicked on a diamond vanishing frame with another diamond vanishing frame in my hand. I don’t know if this happens with other vanishing frames, but I did do it again with a diamond vanishing frame which crashed my game again, so it is consistent.

Unstable Tools was mentioned in the crash log, but I had nothing from that mod in my inventory or even anywhere in the world, so I’m not sure how Unstable Tools played a part in this crash.

Edit: After further testing, I’ve come to find that my game crashes when I right-click on a diamond vanishing frame with any block, not just another vanishing frame, in my hand. It probably happens when I right-click with an empty hand too, but I haven’t tested that.

After having crashed this way thrice in a row, I decided to remove Unstable Tools. Now, I do not crash when right-clicking vanishing frames anymore, so Unstable Tools is 100% the cause of this problem, conflicting with MalisisBlocks in some way.
