Oxalis Release candidate available for QA Testing. This is final pre-release version of upcoming Oxalis version 5.0.0

• Oxalis-AS4 release candidate: https://github.com/OxalisCommunity/Oxalis-AS4/releases/tag/v5.0.0-RC4

You can find binary attached in “Assets” section of both Oxalis and Oxalis-AS4 release. It will be useful for standalone binary components users.
For API users, artifacts are available in maven repository: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/network/oxalis/ (5.0.0-RC4)
