Exported PDF Security Report is empty

v0.10.4, but this was also showing on prior release. When I export the security report, it exports the pdf file, but its blank of actual content, it just has the lines of the report pages with no text or anything.

Some info on my setup if it helps...

Running this on Microk8s cluster, behind Traefik.

I have a couple things to fix here (mobile report download doesn't work) so I'll look at this as well.

If it's still broken after that, try a different browser, try downloading the PDF and then opening it in another browser or PDF viewer.

Looks like it's getting written without text content, so maybe it was an issue with the size of the report before which the release above may fix, could be a PDF writer issue too.
