Support for NextDNS Cli config

I am using CloudFiber with NextDNS cli as my DNS resolution system. For it to work, Encrypted DNS must be disabled, and I think that is why it does not report the correct configuration. It would be great if it detected that a DNS is configured (NextDNS Cli) and reported OK.

That'll be the case since NextDNS is not being identified.

Are you using the CLI just for the ability to trace devices to requests in the NextDNS console?

This is a straightforward check, but I hesitate since it'll slow down the security audit for a chunk of people if they have gateway SSH access enabled. Also, it will require SSH gateway access be set up in Network Optimizer in order for it to be picked up. Currently, there's zero dependency on SSH connections from the security audit feature.

I'll have to think on this one. I was going to introduce a Performance Audit type feature soon (see TODO.md) that would have SSH dependencies in order to check MTU mismatches and such on the gateway, but didn't really plan on using SSH for any of the Security Audit checks.
