update linux native deployment?

Could you add documentation on how to update the native linux instance?
Do I just delete everything in /NetworkOptimizer and redo build from source from scratch or is there a better way?

@babbahotep should be able to just shut down the service, then git pull on main branch, then rebuild, relaunch.

I personally would run it on Docker though. 100% easier, and there are Docker images published now so it's just two commands and you're upgraded.
