I noticed the wiki is WIP when I was writing my own notes on this mod, so I wanted to share. It does not have every upgrade/etc as it was personal but it's a place to start. Feel free to use it. Version 3.22.0.1165 on 1.20.1.
Notes
buttons to transfer matching to storage, inventory
holding shift when hovering over a backpack in the inventory displays its contents and count
directly add items to backpack in inventory by picking up and clicking on backpack with stack, or inverse--pick up backpack and click on items to store. Has indicator on UI
every backpack is assigned a UUID when it is first interacted with that is stored indefinitely
Backpack settings
shift-click into open-tab first: shift clicking to or from backpack will first try to put stack into an open tab and only then into inventory/backpack. Disabling inverses behavior
keep tab open: last open GUI tab is preserved
keep search phrase
no-sort slot: select slots that are ignored by sorting. Locked slots turn a chosen color
slot memory: select slots that remember their contents and are reserved. Can ignore or require NBT match
buttons
search box. Supports searching by mod ID
change sorting by name, count, mod, tag
sort backpack
Upgrades
upgrades can be inserted into their own slots within the backpack and toggled
copper and dyed backpacks have 1 slot, iron 2, gold 3, diamond 5, netherite 7
almost every upgrade has an advanced one. If it is not listed below, it either has none or has no unique options besides the ones in the next bullet
advanced upgrades inherit the settings of their basic ones. In addition, almost all have the following options:
16 item selections to allow or deny
match item, mod ID, or tag(s)
match all or any tag
ignore or match durability
ignore or match NBT
pickup: routes all drops into backpack
9 item selections to allow or deny, or, only route if match existing backpack contents
filter: filters content being piped in/out of backpack
9 item selections to allow, deny, or match existing contents
allow input, output, or both
magnet: sucks up drops within 5 blocks into backpack
toggle picking up items and/or experience
9 item selections to allow or deny or match existing contents
feeding: automatically feeds with food in backpack
9 item selections to allow or deny
adv. feeding
prioritize foods based on hunger to not waste food points
feed player immediately when hurt, ignoring other setting when player is not at max health
compacting: if an item has a 2x2 compressed recipe, automatically crafts that

compact anything or only uncraftable
whether compacting only works with automation/other upgrades or can be performed through GUI
void: deletes specified items on pickup
