I had an idea for additional functionality for the Refill Upgrade that might be best served by adding it as an Advanced version.
That idea is for the player to be able to specify specifc slots in their inventory/hotbar that are to be filled for each item in the filter - the upgrade will ignore all other inventory slots when checking for/refilling that item.
An additional idea to further this functionality, though possibly a bit far-fetched, would be that if there is already an item in the marked slot that does not match the filtered item, the upgrade takes that item into the backpack and replaces it with the filtered item. This would allow, as an example, a player to specify a filter for Industrial Foregoing's Mob Capture Tool so that when they capture a mob, the tool is swapped out for an empty one. The matching may be a little difficult here, though, so not sure how feasible this is (used empty tools have different NBT data to unused ones, to expand my previous example).
