Editing the Cite As Box

Tim was able to assign ARKs to several artifacts manually directly in EZ-ID. Now we want that to show on the STS Infra side so that in the “cite as” box, the URL is not the URL but in fact the ARK ID. Is there any way to edit the “cite as box” ? Thanks!
