For Reporting to work properly, all building segment names must be the same.

Include helpful warning to users about this requirement
When creating a building segment, have a popup ask for the name and explain the need for them to be the same.
Allow report writer to skip, with message, to ensure that LOGS always get written. Right now if it errors, it doesn't complete the report writing.
