I've quicly composed simple logo for organization 😄

It embraces few things at the same time:

1. Lifebuoy colors, since it is PHP Open Source Savers
2. Shape of Open Source Initiative logo, since it is PHP Open Source Savers
3. Familiar backgound color, since it is PHP Open Source Savers

It's 2021 and if it were possible I would still use w3m; that said, I like the logo 😄
