VR hands tracking bug #29

On rare occasions the VR hands will have their tracking become all wonky (leaving the players reach) and the only found fix is restarting the simulation. Keep eyes peeled for this bug so that we can hope to recreate it. If this happens, comment below the circumstances that led to this. It could be either an issue with unity, or an issue with the Quest and be unavoidable
