Stream support

I am quite sure that zpaq itself supports streaming (via write/read), so that you could pipe node's Stream through it.

Would be amazing if you added that feature!

Did the initial analysis of it, path forward is clear. Definitely possible and worth it.
However, nothing I can spend time on right now - it requires a bit of effort to do it right.
Certainly more than I'm willing to put in right now during the holidays.
Expect a new release sometime in January at the earliest.
