Description
like the PS3Toolchain (precompiled is recommended but compiling is the troublesome part on a macOS with 64 bit support), Xcode Command Tools, etc for Compilation.md
xcode-select --install is the one that installs the tools
this is how you get all the needed commands like git and brew
