Fetch All Organizations While Registering an Admin Related to Talawa-admin

Description:
Currently, there is no functionality to fetch all organizations while registering an admin in talawa-admin. To improve the registration process, a new file should be created to retrieve and display all available organizations .

Relevant Issue:
This enhancement is required for issue #3580 in the Talawa Admin repository.

Expected Outcome:
Admins can select an organization during registration.
