Have a page for external resources/documentation

Since Adventure is now merged into paper but isn't really part of paper, i think it would be nice to have some page or location on the website where you can find links to resources related to/included in paper. That way people don't need to ask in discord and can just check the site.

It's a question i've seen pop up a few times "where are the adventure docs" and maybe other resources could be linked there as well.

Imo this is something we need to add into the PaperDocs instead of the homepage
