Reevaluate support for distributed tracing exposed by the SDK when it is no longer experimental

The Azure SDK has support for distributed tracing and follows industry conventions where possible. Currently, the support is still experimental and subjected to changes. Once the experimental status is removed, consider reevaluating what needs to be done to integrate this with our OpenTelemetry offering in the platform
