LazProfiler won't work with latest IDE (2.2.6)

Installation goes through.
Clicking on View->Profiler-Activate LazProfiler results in an error (File not open) which can be ignored.
Clicking on Run->Profile results in the same error again (File not open), but the program is not executed.

I have the same problem with IDE 2.2.6. Furthermore does not install properly in IDE 3.8 or 4.0. Tried last IDE 2.0.6. All failed.
