Feature request: add support for menu docked to the bottom of the screen #415

I'd like to request the ability to have the menu at the bottom of the screen rather than the top.
Because of where I've had to mount my projector and my desk setup, the top area of my screen is not visible - it's fine when pattern projecting, but the actual menu items can't be seen. Aligning the menu to the bottom would solve my issues.
I forked this repo and worked on such a feature with Claude. You can see my PR for it here. As far as I can see it's fully working - but as it's mostly LLM written I wouldn't want to presume to do a PR here without checking, and I don't know to what extent I could address feedback (happy to try though!).
Key changes:
- added a new settings menu (I plan to add other items) that let's you pick top or bottom alignment
- bottom alignment moves the menu to the bottom
- child menus open upwards now
- left menu items adjusted so they are above the main menubar
