0% Progress on conversion to RDS file

Hi!

I love this workflow but am now having issues where I can not convert my FCS files to RDS (I am currently only using one FCS file to speed up the workflow to see if it works). I am stuck on the loading dock with 0% progress. Is it because I am using a low RAM laptop?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you for using PICAFlow, I hope it will suit your needs :)

I just tested the workflow with a single FCS file: it didn't return me this error.

However, I encounter this error when I try to run the convertToRDS() function without any FCS file in the input folder.

Have you checked that:

• The workingDirectory is pointing to the actual folder where you try to work?
• The setupWorkingDirectory() function actually created the folders backbone in the correct location?
• The FCS file you try to open is actually present in the input folder of the working directory you just created?
