Same content - Only new name... with a minor updates in setup.py & README.md to reflect the changes.
From: pet_joystick
To: pet_ros2_joystick_pkg

Reason: Reuse the same naming conventions as my other new ROS2 repositories.

• Pattern: "pet_ros2_" + + "_pkg"
  Example: pet_ros2_lcd_pkg
  Example: pet_ros2_lightbeacon_pkg

Any thoughts on this?

Yep😎 - That was it...
Old name = pet_joystick
New name = pet_ros2_joystick_pkg

Now there is some work to be done:

1. Clone the new repo till local robots/targets
2. Remove the old directories.
3. colcon build
