Better editor interface

The editor interface should be improved to facilitate quicker and better line creation and editing, possibly borrowing from established transcription/translation tools.

New idea to apply: Consultants at the Jobcenter have to communicate with many foreigners, esp. Ukrains. To have a fluent option for communication this live_transcript could be of great value. In addition it would be useful to have a couple of common phrases (written on the screen in German) that can be triggered by the Jobcenter employer with a key strike. This phrases should appear in the foreign language (i.e. Ukrainian)
