One time use

Good Morning,

I am a new user and have come across a problem, that I need to be fixed, please.

I am running the program on windows 10.

The issue is that after installation I can only run the program once before needing to reinstall to reuse it again. What is happening is when I relaunch the program for a second or third time, the sidebar for getting the schematics isn't responding. I cant see the schematics at all unless I reinstall it and again I can only use it once.

This Worked For me
if i doesnt work or it worked just one time
change the compatibility to windows 8 or just run the troubleshooter
