Black window (board) v1.9.0

Trying to open any board of any device , loading and then showing empty black window
tried on 1.7.0 all works good.

tried to reinstall on clean windows 7 x64 but didnt work.

This Worked For me
if i doesnt work or it worked just one time
change the compatibility to windows 8 or just run the troubleshooter
