Improvement in the new case page interface

In the new case page, it is hard to understand the Teams selection. If you only have one, it is unclear if it is selected by default. If you click on it, I guess it is selected then but you can't unselect it. I think a select would make more sense.

Also is there a reason to the description mandatory?  I think it should be optional.
