Failing on apply

Hello, sorry this isn't the best written issue, but hopefully enough to understand.

I'm assuming it's something dumb I'm forgetting on my end. But during the apply phase I get "No result" after only 3 seconds.

I re-installed all dependencies, I have tried with ollama and paid OpenAI key.
Grok seemed to think it was missing login credentials, so i put those in the .env file with no change.

Grok is now assuming a playwright and chrome issue.

you need claude desktop and paid subscription, check logs for claude will place in ~/.apppilot/logs/worker-012
