A broken download (wireless connection) ate up my model allowance for the free tier.
Users should be able to download a given model multiple times without having to upgrade to the developer plan.

Download links typically remain valid for some time, so you should be able to retry your download. Anyways, I'll pass your feedback about the free tier to our team.
