Allow specifying a CID Version

When going straight via the HTTP API, it's possible to request a specific CID Version. This doesn't seem to be exposed in the SDK atm.

Is that intentional or can this be added? :-)

It is possible with the legacy API endpoint pinFileToIPFS. The newer V3 endpoints that the SDK is using does not have this capability yet but we do plan to add it!
