Color of title and bold text

The color of titles or just bold text is too dark, it should be customizable along with the other settings.

And #5 that got submitted meanwhile seems to be a duplicate of this.
On that issue, you suggested to use the textColor option, but it should not fix the issue for him. The textColor already seems to be white already. The only text that is not white is bold text, links and headers and these do not get affected by that setting.

I will try to fix them. In the mean time, your can edit the style from either style tag or external stylesheet for just time being till this is getting fixed

Also, it would be helpfull a lot if you (or other ) can take this issue and submit a fix.
It should be simple to fix it and I would help if required.
