Suite à des retours de Camille sur la structure de la config associée à la fiche espèce de la synthèse, une modification de cette config et sa prise en compte a été réalisée.

La config a été épurée, ramené à un seul niveau.

Cette modification de config est faite dans cette PR, à part, pour éviter de créer de l'interdépendance entre les deux PRs qui se trouvent impactées: #3191 #3204.

Elle a été répercutée dans les PRs en question.
