Bump node #373
Description
We're on node v20, which is nearing end of life.
- Update .nvmrc to latest stable version of node v24
- Update github actions runners
- Remove node modules and do a clean re-install with the new version.
- Resolve any peer deps issues, etc., and commit the updated package.json and package-lock.json files.
- Ensure all unit and e2e tests pass.
- Spot-check application for regressions.
