Allow cancelling orders from other proxy accounts

📝 Feature Description

Frontend should allow orders from previously deleted proxy accounts, the engine doesn't make such distinction as long as the the order id is signed by an existing proxy.

🤔 Expected Behavior

Frontend should load all open orders of the main account irrespective of the proxy with which it was created.
