Create GCIs for classes that have cardinality restrictions

We have classes like collection of organisms, which is defined as:
'object aggregate'
and ('has member' only 'organism or virus or viroid')
and ('has member' min 2 'organism or virus or viroid')

This cannot be reasoned over in EL.
