What Would You Like to See with the Gateway?

Portkey is an extremely exciting AI gateway！and I want to use Alibaba Cloud's Qwen large model through Dashscope. Moreover, Dashscope is already compatible with the OpenAI interface, as mentioned here: https://help.aliyun.com/zh/model-studio/developer-reference/compatibility-of-openai-with-dashscope.

Hey @vrushankportkey I could not signup for this provider without a wechat account. I have not tested this #663 (review)

@punkpeye If you have a way to test dashscope, please feel free to raise a PR updating the getBaseURL() method in src/providers/dashscope/api.ts
