Weather providers

I’ve decided not to add any new weather providers to the app. Adding more providers would make it harder to manage.

• It keeps the app simpler and easier for me to maintain.
• Avoids problems with handling different types of data.
• Most providers don’t return timezone data, and I don’t want to recode how weather is decoded, as there are many components. This issue already exists with Met Norway and AccuWeather.

But this doesn't mean I'll never add new providers. I will consider it once I find a good solution. Currently, I have to create a completely new formatter for each provider, which is time-consuming and hard. I want to build a universal formatter to make integrations easier.
