The homepage dashboard does not have the function to save other time filtering configuration items

Describe the current behavior

The dashboard on the homepage does not have the function to save other time filtering configuration items, but on the RUNS page, there is a function to save as the default time filter. I want to view the dashboard of today's runs on the homepage, but it's inconvenient to have to filter again every time.

Describe the proposed behavior

I hope to add such a feature to the Dashboard page as well. It would be a very practical function

Thanks for the enhancement request @sunhanyao! I think this is a great idea! We are currently reimplementing the UI as part of #15512, so I think this enhancement will likely be addressed once the V2 UI is generally available.
