Feat: About page footer enhanced

Describe the feature

In the footer of the 'About' page, I noticed that the text on the left side could be more stylized; it's not as appealing to viewers. Additionally, for the navigation items, I want to implement some underline animations. I also want to add animation effects to all the social media icons to make them more attractive.
