BUG:FAQ page footer social icons update and enhanced

What happened?

On the FAQ page, within the navbar, the Twitter logo needs to be updated. Additionally, I would like to implement 3D hover effects and animations for all social media icons in the footer to enhance its aesthetic appeal.
