BUG: Fix FAQ Page Container and Navbar Visibility

What happened?

The FAQ page container overlaps with the navbar, causing the navbar to go behind the container when scrolling down. Adjust the container's z-index and layout to ensure the navbar stays on top and remains visible during scrolling.
