Feat: Add Close Button to Subscription Toast on Home Page

Describe the feature

Add a cross (X) button to the top-right corner of the subscription message box or toast that appears on the home page, prompting users to join and enter their email. The close button should allow users to dismiss the message box easily. Ensure it does not reappear unless triggered again..
