Feat: Add Homepage Redirection on Website Name Click

Describe the feature

Currently, when a user scrolls down the webpage and clicks on the website name, it does not redirect the user to the homepage. This feature request is to implement functionality so that clicking the website name (logo or text) always redirects the user back to the homepage, regardless of the scroll position.
