Hello, good afternoon, how do I extract data from an excel table and use them in calpad?

Currently, you have to export it from Excel to a CSV file with semicolons ";" and wrap the data with f(n) = take(n; ......).
Then #inculde the data in your worksheet.

In the next versions with Vector and matrices, we will add special functions to import data from text/CSV or Excel files

are this special function already implemented? Otherwise can you specify how to use the "take(n;..) " function to import the spreadsheet or csv data?

Hi! It is not ready yet, but the development is advancing. Until then, you should save your data as CSV, then transform it to Calcpad matrix by replacing commas with semicolons ; and line brakes with vertical bars |. Enclose all this whti M = [...].
Then rename it to, say data.cpd and include in your worksheet by:

#include data.csv
a = M[1;1]
b = M[1;2]
'etc.
