csv/txt output is empty

the "download" function does not generate the document it should be.

Can you provide some option for Exporting Ticket to Excel , i have seen PHP2Excel , it will be very much helpful.

@mdkaleel : I'll have a look mate. CSV files can be inserted/imported in excel too for now.
