Locale download link throws a fatal error. #1
Description
The download link throws a fatal error. This was found when reviewing previous commits. This commit: Project-Pier/ProjectPier-Core@064ecc0 changed the name of the function "download_header" to "download_headers", but did not update all the places that use that function, one of which is found in "applications/plugins/i18n/controllers/I18nController.class.php" on Line 308. This line needs changed to use the new function name.
