As a user, I want to stake, change, and unstake my tokens within the Control Panel, So that I can manage my investments and rewards in the Frequency ecosystem

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Users can stake tokens to a provider, change their stake to another provider, and unstake to retrieve their utility.
  2. The interface should display past rewards distributions clearly.
  3. The staking process must be intuitive, ensuring ease of use for all user personas.
