As a user, I want to have a clear and intuitive routing flow within the Control Panel, So that I can navigate and utilize its features effectively.

Acceptance Criteria:

The Control Panel should offer a user-centric UI/UX design, with easy navigation through different functionalities like wallet connections and provider integrations.
The routing flow should cater to various devices (e.g., browser, phone, native app) and support different scenarios (e.g., changing handles, managing delegations).
Documentation for provider integration should be comprehensive and easily accessible.
