• Added support for L-mode like parameters initialization
• Ratio Pped/Pcore for Lmode and Hmode
• Naming convention for publishing packages to general Julia registry is annoying. May change some packages names, but fight to keep IMAS.jl and FUSE.jl named as they are

• Running optimization stuff
  • with WPED
  • New flux normalization
  • Figured out issue with how we were handling current in StationaryPlasma
  • Still lots of errors
  • 50k cases, 10k failed of those 4k failed because of transport, 1400 clear the constraints
  • 
  • Also updating constraints for our optimization
    • Psol/R<ITER value <-- very significant
    • LH threshold
    • max_βn (2.5 for PT and 3.0 for NT)
