@skelly for our next meeting, could you please look into compiling FUSE into a standalone executable?

Maybe it all works out, but last time I tried (more than one year ago admittedly) I had some errors popping out.
For the purposes of testing the executable may just run FUSE.warmup().

julia --help-hidden

look at pre-compilation statements point out

Approaches:

  • Go have fun

  • License key

  • Cloud

  • Look at initial license use for Windows?

  • Think about compartmentalize FUSE features

an easy way to avoid this is to avoid placing functions inside of functions
