"Kicked: added buff to npc abnormally" with Venom Stuff

First of all sorry for my eng if i'll say smth wrong.
So the problem is, i have server with latest tshcok and terraria versions and playing with my friend only
Sometimes i'm facing with problems like:
My friend can't use hook or build smth, can't destroy blocks
Or he can't use some weapons that laying debuffs to neutral mobs like Bunny, target dummy
And it doesn't matter if i give him superadmin or owner roots too
Now i get Venom Stuff and i got kicked from MY server (Lfmao??) with reason "added buff to npc abnormally"

So how to disable ALL protections on MY server? I want me and my friend using all items, all magic stuffs and debuffs etc,
