Hello. My problem is that I have made a local web server that includes Apache, PHP, PMA and MySQL. Only now, after entering all the data to connect to a certain database, I get the error shown in the screenshot. I will say that, for example, plugins for minecraft successfully connect to the database, i.e. there were no errors.

So when using sqlite instead, it does not throw this error? I doubt this is related to the database because the small amount of code that could throw this has nothing to do with db.

Sqlite is used without any errors. In any case, sooner or later I will be able to sort out my problem.

Seems like a version issue then.
According to the log, the MySql client tries to open an ssl connection to somewhere, which seems to not be supported by one of the drivers or libraries used.
